For the first time in four seasons, Martin Truex Jr led the field to the green flag to start the Ambetter 301 alongside Chase Elliott.
The caution flag waved on lap 5 with a huge crash that took place on the backstretch, Ty Dillion, Alex Bowman, Josh Bilicki and BJ McLeod were all involved.
Truex Jr. dominated stage 1 en route to the stage win.
Martin Truex Jr. and Kevin Harvick took the green to start stage 2 on the front row.
An array of cautions during the 2nd stage flew, mostly solo spins by Kyle Busch, Ryan Blaney and Chase Briscoe.
Truex Jr. held off a hard charging Harvick to win stage 2.
Briscoe and Harrison Burton restarted in the front of the field for the final stage.
Christopher Bell took the lead away from Chase Elliott and made it look easy with 42 laps to go.
Bell extended his lead over Elliott by a large margin and would put it on cruise control to win the Ambetter 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. This is Bell's first win of the season and second of his career.
