With the racing season winding down for many parts of the country for the 2022 season, the annual running of the Snowball Derby is a culmination of the top talents in short track racing going for the biggest prize; The Snowball Derby.
Held in Pensacola, Florida at Five Flags Speedway, the Snowball Derby is renowned for some of racing's biggest stars to participate in the legendary event. Legends like NASCAR Hall of Famers such as Darrell Waltrip, Donnie Allison, and Gary Balough have won. Current NASCAR stars such as Kyle Busch and Chase Elliott both have two wins. Along with two female drivers such as Tammy Jo Kirk and Johanna Long have won as well.
As of writing, there are currently 56 entries for the Snowball Derby and only 30 spots are up for grabs. This article will be updated weekly for any additional entries for the Derby.
