Welcome to the 3rd annual Playoff Forecast project!
Using a top-secret predictive formula in Excel, the 2023 Cup Series schedule is simulated 100,000 times. The formula takes three important categories into account - individual stats at each specific track, recent overall stats, and team performance.
Here's how to read it: The numbers in brackets show last week's position (note that this is the first week, so this section is blank for this week). The percentages in each column refer to the probability of that driver making it to that round of the playoffs.
